I had a local shop paint and install mine (i'm clumsy). The one I ordered came with a template. They cut a hole in the bumper, installs with double sided tape. I had them put two rivets in the top for more support.
^^^^^ THAT LOOKS GOOD! I hate it when people stick it in there and don't do it right by filling it into the front bumper. People that leave that huge gap on the bottom make me sick.
I am painting mine right now with a rattle can of Oxford White. I put 2 coats of primer on and am now on my 3rd coat of Oxford White. So far it looks perfect except for a couple pieces of dust but hardly any at all. Hopefully it will look fine after this 3rd coat so I can put a few coats of clear coat on.
