a few hp over stock. its just that he'll just get so much more cuz his intake is holding back the potential of his other mods.

The biggest thing I noticed was the higher RPMs I could shift at, The car doesnt fall on its face at 4200 RPM like it used to with the stock intake.

I have a cobra on my 306. I had tmoss port the lower. it is a great intake. The ford gt40 upper is nice but it cant be ported where as the cobra upper can be ported to out flow a gt40. Just incase anyone was thinking the gt40 is better.

Sure, a Cobra would add good power - as would a ported stock lower intake. The main difference is where the power is made. A ported stock lower will make more power below ~4,200 rpm and the Cobra will make more above 4,200 rpm. Average power over a 2,000 to 5,400-5,600 rpm power band would probably be very close.

I have had both a ported tmoss stock lower and a stock cobra set up and now the tmoss ported lower cobra set up.

Tmoss is da man!
