Cobra r red same as on the gt's?

I love the red on the 00 cobra r and was wondering if that is the same red on the 99 up gt's???? I want to get the cobra r front bumper and hood in black or red.

I believe it is performance red and it was available on 99-01' gt's.

Performance Red(ES) was available for 3 years from 99-01
1999 is was only available on the 1,555 "Limited Edition" GT's.
2000 on the "R" and became a standard color on all Mustangs
2001 on all Mustangs
