Anyone know where I can get a cobra spoiler without the led's in it?

Here you go. Couldn't find one without the light. You could always sand it down and fiberglass it.

Try an eBay search for "96 cobra wing", there are two spoilers that are the Cobra "crab claw" spoiler.
