So im pulling p0133 which is slow response from the front sensor....and I have long tubes..

does this mean my 02 sensors are bad or do I just need a tune fore the long tubes?...

it's because you have moved the O2's farther away from a heat source, common problem wth L/T's a tune can help.
you could try new O2's, Ford does make one wth a longer wire. they are the Motorcraft/Bosch F88Z-9F472-EA

Thanks...but the previous owner didnt use o2 extensions so it gets circuit malfunction on both sides...are these o2 sensors long enough or will i still need extensions?

This is a frequent problem with headers that arent ceramic coated. My stainless steel headers do this as well.

How can they be hooked up if there aren't any extensions used?

WRandy is correct. When you go with longtubes the front sensors are taken further back and can cause this. I was running lean with my Longtubes and had a tune correct that issue.

The tune allows for a greater length of time for the O2's to warm up, since they are now farther away from the block.

I have issues with my O2's as they never produce a voltage above 0.02v - suspect it's because I am losing too much heat out of my headers.

Stupid cars...
