Insufficient EGR Flow

please explain and how do i fix the problem...

I cleaned my maf today, and after about 45 min of driving this is what i got.. but the car does run better, and doesn't eat as much fuel--so far..

but i think its because i cleaned my maf i got this code right??

Try cleaning out the EGR valve and the tubing to remove deposits, this might help.

i am somewhat smart on cars, but i still need help.. can someone show me a pic of where the EGR valve is.. that would help so much...

and for cleaning those can i use the air from our compressor?

Some carb cleaner can do the trick, then blow it out with the air compressor, just make sure to keep it away from the electrical connectors.

If you are looking at the engine from the front of the car it is on the right side of the Upper Plenum.

this, just like the iac, needs to just be replaced eventually. i cleaned mine and the code went away, for awhile, when it came on again i just bought a new one and noticed much better fuel economy. i bought mine from autozone, though im not sure if this would be a part you'd wanna get from the dealer only or not.

thanks guys, yeah i was going to clean it for right now... then in jan i was going to buy a new one when i actually have money..

and thanks for the pic. your engine looks nice...
but i read on google that it was beside your plenum so i looked and figured it out..
But thanks for all the help guys
