What is the best cold air intake for a 2004GT?

I have a Magnaflow C/B and a Hypertech chip so far.

Also going with 3.73 gears.

Thanks!

You would be better saving that money for something else... the gains are very minimal.. unless you have a power adder or such..

I won an Airhog by Fram on Ebay for $16 shipped. To good a deal. Anways I put it in and I might be crazy but at about 3000 rpm I can feel a significant difference. I cant imagine a shiny pipe can do too much more but they do look better than the black plastic junk Ford puts on them.

I agree with the above. Money can be well spent elsewhere.

The stock air system on Ford is restrictive, anything is better then that crap. I noticed a difference in throttle response and exhaust note.

Sorry. I don't think the $100 spent is worth the 1HP you are gonna get.

If you want to waste money on a CAI, the K&N FIPK Gen2 is nice. It's pricy for 1HP.

Agreed!
I had a cold air intake, which became a hot air intake after the engine, and engine compartment became warm, and my stang felt like a DOG .So i went back to the stock set up with a K&N,and removed snorkle.
Did not notice any difference in power from one way to another. Just only the way she would perform after the hot air intake became warm...
...to the point it was to hot to touch after cruisin' .
