How do I do this? It can't be too hard. I have a couple little hiccups I want to sort out and I am thinking that it could be a computer problem. So, how do you reset it? Please don't tell me you just unplug the battery. Thanks for any help.
undo the negative battery cable for 5-10 mins, then reatach and the EEC will relearn everything once again. If you want to Reset the engine codes in memory, bust out some wire and a test light. Do a search for the proceedure either here or on turboford.org. Its to lengthy to type out.
That simple eh? Ok, I was hoping that it would be some other procedure that I had never done before, but I guess I will give this a shot none the less.
