This is as good an angle I could get. Pretty tough to get under there without jacking up the front end!?!

....on a side note. It looks like I found out where my front tires are rubbing at full cut (lower control arm). Guess it's time to get out the BFH and "adjust" the lip of the control arm a little.

Maryland Stang, The Driveshaft Shop has some nice driveshafts that will take a lot of power, pricing is decent as well I get them a good bit below what most retail at.

I'll get in touch when I'm ready to do it. I have a couple of other things to pay off first and then we'll get to that.

What sold me on the need for driveshaft/yolk upgrades was a Pinks episode. It was the 2/22/06 episode where Justin Burcham was racing another 5.0 and the other 5.0 broke the driveshaft. I'll have around 450 crank horsepower on nitrous and slicks with a 5 speed. I believe it is a threat to break something.

Why don't you put down the hammer and buy some rack limiters

Because these glorified Fairmount’s have the turning radius of a full size truck as it is. Adding rack limiters is only going to make it worse. I don't imagine knocking the edge of the lip of the bean counter lower control these things have is going to throw anything out of whack. Just enough to clear the wheel at the edge, not hammer on the spring perch itself.
