Here you go....

For any one who wants to know how to track:
------------------------------------------------------------
you need this # 1-800-962-3746

dealer code: in top right corner of order form

body code :gt coupe is T82 ...v6 coupe is T80

Order #: top left of order form....could use vin. if you have it complete.

Model year: 2005
---------------------------------------------------------------
note: this is for dealers only(ha ha). you can speak to the automated system or a person if nessary.....like I said ..remember dealers only.

note: dealer code for me was 5 digits....preceded by a letter but it was not needed.
note: order code for me was 4 digits ....no letters

my build date is the week of the 6th (next week)
ordered on:10-18

Someone is going to go on my ignore list if they keep typing like they are text messaging on a cell phone.

Spell out your words dude, it's frustrating reading all that crap.

If you have the DORA sheet then you have all the needed info. Just call the number and use the automated system. Its easy.

MAN......do we have to hit you in the head with a brick...........if you have the numbers that I said you need......than make the call. You can use the automated system ....they don't check ID's . If you don't have them ....than I can't help you.

Those numbers are on your printed order form

The numbers are also on your order confirmation sheet.
I assume "clean & unscheduled" doesn't mean the order has been pulled. I thought it would say no information if it hadn't been pulled yet.
Doesn't the VIN get assigned as soon as the order is pulled?

That's the dealer's order number for that particular car.
Problem is, without the VIN, you'll also need the dealer number.
Should start with an F for Ford and be followed by 5 numbers. You don't need that first letter in the dealer number though.

My car was on Temp Delay for three weeks, and according to Ford it's scheduled for build the week of December 13.
Does anyone know how long after build the car will arrive, and will the plant shutdown affect cars built this month?

Turn around for delivery is 2 to 3 weeks...if your car is scheduled for the week of the 13th ....than it will be built before the shut down......but I don't know about delivery..with the holiday..... It probably will not be delivered until after they open back up on the 3rd of jan. sorry.

STANGNUT
clean-unscheduled means it is in their system and accepted...they just havent scheduled it and it doesn't have any holds. bad news is ...your probably looking at a mid jan. build date. They do not assign a complete vin until closer to build.

STANGCRAZY302GT
I am not a dealer nor do I work for one.......I ....like you....ordered a car....and in doing that have a right to know some things.....one is that my order has been accepted and confirmed by ford. This sheet is a DORA.
Go in person and ask to see your dora or ask for a printed order form.
The order code is not a secret. Its your car. Now the dealers code is not public info.....but it is on your dora and printed order form. I gave you the other numbers you need....You have to get your dealer code and order code from your dealer yourself.( ANY WAY YOU CAN).
I ordered 10-18...so it will be about 9-10 weeks from order to delivery.

As I posted earlier to stangnut .....it means ......in system.....no hold.....not scheduled yet.
Sit tight......it'll be a while...good luck....and check on it once a week.
