phil what tire pressure are you running i ran the new 275/60/15 on the 99 with stock rear suspension and 4.10 gears/ left at 4500 and it hooked so hard at pir it sounded like the torque boxes ripped out. had a 1.62 60ft ran 11.92 lifting all the way threw fourth. all three launchs stuck hard on a cool night, we have been using 12-13 psi. just wondering

I started out at 20psi then dropped to 15psi after that I dropped 2psi until I ended up at 11psi and the car was still wanting to spin I bogged on one pass, I left with the rpm's to low and got a 11.88 with a 1.866 60ft still nothing to brag about. I spent the money today and ordered my rear suspension today it should be here in 5-6 days

The car's never been on slicks
It was on the 275/60's just like always.

MyFordsFly,

that blue car on the radials is Derek Clary, his car's been in the works for quite a while, but I think that was his first day out at the track.

yes, M/T drag radials, I'd like to take the car down south for a PSCA race or two next year if I can afford to so I figured I'd better go ahead and get used to running on the small tires.

I've been really happy with them so far.
