I am finishing installing my 03 cobra front control arms....Does anyone know the torque specs on the Bolt that holt the arms to the K-Member?...and do they need to be tightened under load?

5. With a suitable jack, raise the front suspension lower arm to a normal attitude position. Remove the compressor tool. On vehicle with 4.6L engine, use care when removing upper plate to avoid nicking the spring coils.
6. With the jack still in place, tighten the front suspension lower arm-to-crossmember retaining nuts to 191-259 Nm (141-191 lb-ft).
