My 2004 40th GT Conv has an Alpine running the factory Mach 460 amps...

But, one night I got into my dad's 2004 GT Conv. with the factory head unit, and for some reason, just happened to push the convertible top switch with no key in the ignition - the radio came on! It does it with the switch in top up or down modes.

Does this happen in all convertibles? 99-04? 94-04?

Mine is on jackstands and the battery is out but I will definitely try this after I put it back together!

My instinct is tell me yes b/c my aunt had me turn her radio off before I turn her "vert" stang off. I thought that was pretty queer until now.
