The coolant rail that runs along the right hand side of the intake and feeds the core:

I've one that is leaking right where it screws in at the front of the intake manifold.

Does anyone know if there is a replaceable seal in there or does the whole thing have to be replaced if it's not able to seal?

Thanks,

Daggar it is leakking from the base of the coolant distribution tree? The one that has the ACT sensor?

Are you 100% sure it is the fitting that is leaking? I torqued the crap out of that fitting chasing a leak that turned out to be the intake bolt that is next to it. Turned out the bolt didn't have enough sealant on it and was weeping.

It does have an O ring in there (maybe two) but you have to unflare the end of the tube, no big deal you'll see what i'm talking about when you get it off, so you can slide the fitting off the end of the tube.

Yup, that's the spot. There is an intake bolt next to that fitting (covered up by the hose in your picture) that runs through a coolant passage. We completely dried the area, then started the engine while watching it 5 of 6 times before we figured out that it was the intake bolt instead of the heater line fitting.

If you have ever reinstalled it, did you put pipe dope on the threads? You need to do that.

It's not the intake but thanks for the input.

I've got some teflon tape on the threads. The fluid appears to be seeping from between the nut and the top portion of the assembly. That's why I was asking if there are replaceable seals inside of that assembly.

If you got to replace the whole thing, I might have one that came on the eddy intake when I bought it. I'd let it go cheap as I don't need it, but if I still got it, I have no idea if it's good or not.
