Could injectors cause car not to start?

I did a heads and cam swap on my 95GT and the car won't start or idle. If we play with the timing alot the car will start up but we have to keep it up to 4-5 rpm to keep it running at all. The car is running really rough like it has a Extremely radical cam in it and it will stall out the minute the car isn't almost floored. I have GT40 heads on the car and a very mild cam set up by Ed Curtis. I also swapped in 42lbs injectors in preparation for the blower I am installing (installed Mass air to match 42lbs. N/A). Could the 42lbs injectors cause the car to be way too rich and not allow it to idle or start? I have been trying to figure this out for the last few months and am really scratching my head. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Right now the distributor is sitting in at direclty 0*. I personally was not doing the timing on the car (family friend does a lot of motor building so he was doing the timing). The fuel pressure we set down to 38. I was thinking about swapping back to the 24lbs injectors. I am just wondering if the big injectors could prevent the car from starting/idle
