I feel your pain. I have a slightly different problem. My car seems to be a bird-poop magnet. The second day after I got it (2 weeks ago) I walk outside and it looked like I had been attacked by an entire flock. Last Saturday morning I detailed it and I've been bombed every single day since then. Feel like showing Tweety the business side of a 12 guage.
Walked outside to get in my truck one day and a cat was sleeping on top of it. I smacked it with a book. It peeled out with it's claws and scratched the paint up.
The worst part was, that it actually nicked the edge of the windsheild with a claw and when it got hot a couple of days later it cracked all the way across. I got pulled over by a state trooper for a cracked windsheild and got a warning ticket, had to call my insurance agent to replace it.
So wait until they are off the car before trying to kill them is my motto now

I was washing my car yesterday and saw the neighbor's cat hanging out in their garage. I just eye-balled him hella hard to try to give him the mental message, "Walk on my car furball and I'll skin you alive."
