It depends on the tools available, if you have a lift, and sometimes how creative you can be when things dont want to fit or your deleting things.

Also are you throwing a different kind of tranny in?

its takes me and my buddy lance about 2 hours to have the motor out and on the ground. i leave the tranny in the car. takes about 2 1/2-3 hours for it to go back in. our motor swaps are absolutely easy.

yeah but if its your first time pulling the motor I would add a couple of hours to that.

If it is your first time and you want to do it right, carefully marking all the connectors you remove, boxing or bagging all bolts...consider two days of work just to be on the safe side if you have all the right equipment for the job.
