Should be just over 3300lbs, give or take depending on options.

For a stock auto its at least 3400 not including driver. Check out MM&FF magazine if you got the back issue of the "Ultimate Mustang Shootout" where they pit the '04 Mustang GT, Mach 1, and Cobra. They list the specs in there

My registration says 3260,but with me in it (320lbs) it came in at 3580 so Id sat roughly 3250-3270lbs...and the gas tank was full.

DEFINITELY NOT that heavy.

Stangs are realitively light for V8 cars, they are around the 3200 range, perhaps tipping into3300. I remember reading somewhere that the auto tranny weighed less than the tremec ones... don't know if thats true or not.

Ok sorry my bad it was with driver I was looking at when I said over 3400...but I was actually curious myself found this...Edmunds lists the Curb Weight at 3347lbs listed here:

http://www.edmunds.com/used/2004/fo...tml?tid=edmunds.u.prices.leftsidenav..6.Ford*

Here's another place that confirms it:
http://www.theautochannel.com/newcardb/trim.html?asbodystyle=Sports Coupe&trimid=13232

Hope this helps....depends on the stereo system you got in there as well
