New to this website, first of all HI! Hopefully see some audio heads around here. I'm excited to get all of my new gear....here's the deal.....
Current Set Up

2 kicker 10in L7's
Custom made box
Powered by a kicker KX1200.1

ADS components...546is all the way around
Powered by Kicker KX800.4

Pioneer in dash Navi DVD

Stinger alternator/batteries

I've been very happy with the overall performance. This was my first semi serious sound system and I'm definately in need of an upgrade. I will say though. For those of you not famaliar with ADS...In my opinion they make some of the best sounding speakers money can buy. No where near as harsh as MB or Bostons, and at 700 a set, they are a considerable savings.

As for the kicker subs, Love em, but problems with them...I have had 3 L7's go on me. But kicker is a wonderful company, replaced them all no questions asked.

Kicker amps performed well and never really cut out. Lost 1 amp as well though. But promptly replaced it after testing it, so I really can't complain.

The new system........

hopefully be in within a month.....maybe longer
2 kicker 12in SOLO X
Powered by 2 Kicker 2500.1 amps

3 sets of Rainbow CS 275.28 platinum..for those of you that aren't familair (http://car.rainbow-audio.de/products/introduction.php?lan=2&pro=1&lin=2)
Powered by 3 Tru Technology T2.100 http://www.trutechnology.com/products/t_series/t2100.htm

Plus the obvious caps batteries...etc..

Have not decided on box type/style...Will probably keep it simple, I'm not into the whole fiberglass/plexiglass thing....

What do you guys think? good choices?

Do you have pics of your set up? Never actually heard the Brahma's in person, I know alot of people love em.....where are they mounted? I know the box/'s must be huge/making it a tight fit in the stang.

I take it you've done Alternator/Batt mods?

They aren't in yet so the charging sytem's still stock Had them in my explorer, sound great and freakin loud! I bought all my stuff on deals online. I love it when someone shows off their system that paid more than me and mines louder & sounds better!

BTW, the tweeter placement in fox's is horrible for imaging I'm going to have to try some things and see if I can get some SQ out of this beast.

If you need any custom plexiglass with a mustang etched in to finish up your project, shoot me a message. Looks good though, the new setup that is.-J
