He certainly did! I have the stock short block with H/C/I and a vortech spewing out 13 lbs of altered atmosphere. I know several guys local who have run his cams and attained the best driveability as well as power. I can also attest to this. I constantly read about him in the Mustang publications as well.
i can only speak from my experience. i sent in a custom cam card to fti. i never heard back besides the automated email.
my spec card was fully filled out with accurate contact info, ect. just never heard back. i even went as far as to reply to the automated email 3 weeks later. zero response.
it's made me say forget a custom cam for some time now. especially with jay allens health stuff going on too.
