Are you asking if the Dash wring is the same between the manual or automatic within the same model year?
Or are you asking if the dash wiring is the same from 99-04? If so, I can help with this question. NO! The dash wring is not the same across the model year range 1999-2004. There are slight differences in connectors and components such that it would be foolish to expect to put a dash from a 04 into a 99.
Try this. Go to car-part.com and search for the part in question. When the list of interchangeable parts comes up look at the model years in the list. This will give you a good idea which model years will interchange for the part in question.
Withing the SAME model year there are minor differences between the automatic and manual. Most of the time in a manual car the automatic specific body wiring harness is just not used. But this is not true for the whole body wiring harness. For example there are major differences in the body wiring harness to the transmission between manual/automatic even within the same model year.
Also bear in mind that there are differences between V6 and V8. There are parts that will interchange between V6 and V8. Others will not.
