What motor and what year?

Our 2000 runs around 190 cylinder to cylinder with maybe a 10psi range around that.

How many miles are on the motor?

I checked mine with 125k or so, most cylinders were in the 150-160 range, one being 175 or so, and two were 120...

If they are consistant with eachother, then 163psi is fine.

WHat were the other 7 cylinders?

It's not about a set number...but more about all 8 cylinders being within a certain percentage of each other. If you have 1 that is really off, it's something to worry about

compression on one cylinder doesn't mean anything. As long as they are consistent then all you're looking at is wear
