I stole a distributor out of an 82 LTD (302) and put in my fastback when I first got rid of the points distr. I just can't bring myself to sink the money into a MSD distr. to go with my box right now. The timming falls out at high speeds and under heavy loads after all the mods I have made. Where can I get advance springs to adjust the timming? Or would it be easier to use one of those adjustable advance units? Just looking for an inexpensive and temporary solution. Am I wasting my time?
