i am looking at painting or atleast mending some body damage to my notch. i have some dents i believe one of these DIY tools could fix. the paintless dent dude wants $300 for the 2 on my roof. there is also 2 nasty ones on my door that need repaint.

i am wondering if anyone has used one of these tools on a surface that isint perfectly flat. do they make a flexible tool for these? what is my best shot here for doing this myself if possible?

I like using a spitznagel. You can do a search on them to find out more info. You can also search the 'bay and use search words like stud, spot, dent puller. There are a quite a few different companies that make similar kits.

ive used the "pops-a-dent" before and it honestly works if you arent a complete idiot. Ive seen people screw it up quite a few times but if its a "simple dent" (IE no crease, not in a weird spot) for $20, it works well.

you might wanna see if anybody in your area does paintless dent repair...

i just had a guy come out and remove 2 dents in each door, 1 in the rear quarter and a couple on the deck lid...

he charged me $125.00.. the came out perfect..
.
he says he does most of his work for car dealers and body shops...
