do you have to remove the fenders to take off the front bumper cover lol ?

that bar that runs underneath the bumper holding the fog lights up is cracked so i was wondering if anybody had replaced that or taken off the front end to see what i need to replace before i start wrenching

No, but you do need to take out the inner fenders.
