what all do you have to do to convert a 1987 lincoln roller block to a H.O. I know you need the e-7 heads but what else? is there any block prep?

isnt the roller motor out of like an lsc already an H.O. built to the same specs as a stang motor?

Yeah if it's a Mark VII motor it should be HO if it's out of a town car it's a standard 302

If it is the HO motor it is already the same as the one in out mustangs. If it isn't the HO then you need to change a lot. For starters and not even close to all you will need heads, cam, intake, crankshaft, lifters, that spider looking thing that bolts into the block (which will need to be drilled and tapped)

what all block prep do i have to convert to a H.O.

thanks for the info! what about the firing order?

the cranshaft does not need to be changed to change to an HO, the cam is what changes the firing order.
