Does anyone have ANY clue as to how to install the ford racing hood latch kit??

I mean hood PIN kit. There's ZERO instructions. What hooks to where?? And the screws that apparently connect the metal plates to either side of the hood don't turn in the plate ascrew holes cause they are not threaded...And am I supposed to to be drilling 4 tiny holes in my hood for each plate (total of 2) in addition to the two 1/2 inch diameter holes?

Ok, puzzling part is how to ge tthe scuff plates in...I guess the underside plate screws into the upper plate holes but not sure how this is done really..
