I haven't heard of any real concern for this, I received the same notice in the mail as well.
Personally, my car hasn't left the garage in the better part of 4 months... no chance the doors will fall off LMFAO
Yeah, I got a notice too. I'm waiting until something else breaks so I can get it done all at once. Need my mustang projection lights fixed too; they look like crap!
