Door Sill Removal...Stupid I know

I'm fixing the rear window motor and I've got the seats out but I can't for the life of me remember how to take the bottom door sill off. I need to take it off so I can get the rear interior trim panel off so I can get to the speakers. I know I did it 5 years or so ago on the rear drivers window but I can't remember.

The pics in Vib's thread from 04 in the FAQ aren't loading for me. Do I just pull straight up from the front?

Well I pulled straight up and some of the metal clips are stuck to the sill and some are stuck to the bottom. Oh well it's off.

Thats exactly how they come off....just give them a yank....Back in the old days we used these things called screws.... and it was easy to see how things came apart...

I finished it up and as a bonus I cracked the case of the missing Ford assembly line workers gloves. They have been missing since 94 and it turns out my car stole them.
