Driving Lights/fog

Does anyone know if the wiring is there for the driving lights on a 2000 base vert? I want to add if the wiring ifs there. Thanks

well i have a 98 and with there only being a two year difference i think yes and no if its the same as mine, and i say that because the wires that attatch to the switch are under you center counsole but those wires end at the fire wall where you need to find some wrecked mustang and i took the entire motor compatment harness and to the fire wall also. then i seperated the wires from the fog light pig tails from the old harness and then put the wires in their own loom and took my wheel well apart and my fuse box out to hook up the wires from the lights to the fire wall pretty close to the same as ford would have put it in there with a relay. this project can get a little expensive as a warning
