Turns out there's a local guy selling a well built 347 short block with all the goodies for insanely cheap and it went 10.50s all motor (with better heads than i have though). It's too damn good to pass up...but i may just get a base pull for the hell of it but forgo the air/fuel reading and any further tuning since it'll all get torn apart anyways.
Well this kinda sucks but i canceled the dyno session for tomorrow. I'm going down tonight to look at this 347 and more than likely pick it up, so tonight and tomorrow night we'll be wrenching like mad men swapping it into my car, and THEN i'll reschedule the dyno session because i'm sure it'll need some tuning after that. So, put this thread on hold

I checked out that thread. That guy seemed to be selling a lot of good parts. I don't know much about 5.0 Tech, but that seems like a good price assuming its not all messed up.
Yeah looks like he's parting out pretty much his whole car, he's already sold the rear end and most of the engine. I'm going to his house tonight to check it out. All i need is a flywheel and a long nights work and this puppy will be in.
