There is a dynojet in Eugene at Garage808. Their shop is primarily a honda engine swap shop, so they won't have any clue about tuning your car. If you just want to go make a few pulls, their dyno should work fine. I don't know of any that are further south.
It wont be good for anything but pulls. if its not a load based dyno for cars with some muscle, real world driving is going to be way worse than the dyno tuning pulls.
