WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO REPLACE THE REAR QUARTER INTERIOR BULB ON MY 66 FASTBACK?

LOL,
I have a Fastback also, and I'd love to buy the lights for mine! But to change them you'll need to take the back seat out and the sail panels!
Thats going to be my next project in my car this spring, to remove the backseat and replace the lights and change all the chrome thats on the fold down seats!

No. Just pull the light housing out from the panel, there is enough room to replace the bulb without removing any panels. Ford designed it that way.
