Okay guys, chime in and help me get this beast running. Everything is installed and I have double checked all connections.

The car starts and immediately dies. The fuel pressure is about 40 psi.

The trouble codes are as follows:

67- Neutral safety circuit failure

81,82, 85 – All smog related items.

The engine ran fine in the donor car. I am using a painless harness and all connections are made.

The car starts up and dies. Fuel pump cycles after it cuts off. Fuel pressure seems to be steady.

Is the car not getting fuel, I am running 3/8 line on the supply and return. The pump is inside the tank.

I am very open to suggestions. Thanks in advance!

Does it seem like the computer is turning it off? Or does it sputter and die?

Once the engine starts, the fuel pump should be on continuously. You said it's 'cycling.' A helper should be able to hear the fuel pump running - it only needs to turn off for a fraction of a second to kill the engine (not like a carb!).
