Yeah i would like to know also. couldnt you just take a piece of metal trace it and then cut it drill the two holes and put it over the space with some gasket maker to seal it? Also wouldnt you plug the line going to the 4 square thing?

UPRproducts.com makes the plate, it's made from billet aluminum (at least mine was, now I think they are stainless steel). It was $20 or so when I bought mine. YMMV

Make sure you have a custom chip or modify your ECU so it doesn't use the EGR anymore. I have zero emissions devices on my race car and the difference is primarily seen in the ease with which one can maneuver about the engine bay without creating a mess of vacuum lines and you also lose a substantial amount of weight.

I made one myself. I had a small piece of aluminum that I didnt need. Traced it to the same size as the gasket and drilled two holes in it. It bolted right up w/the gasket. Then I ripped out all the EGR crap - vacumm lines, etc. I dont have a custom chip/modified ECU either. No problems here. No real seat of your pants feel in power gain, but it does assist w/working in the engine bay. Very easy to remove all the stuff. You will need a few rubber caps to cap off a few vacumm lines - got mine from AutoZone, like a dozen for $2 or something like that. Really cheap. Im in Kansas, we have no emission laws either. Just try not to rip stuff up or break stuff, just incase you have to use it again later.
