Electrical Gremlins Invading

I am having an issue with my 2007 GT. On hot days I will get a random Low brake fluid level warning even though there is plenty of fluid in the reservoir. This disables the ABS and traction control. Recently, I discovered that my brake lights go on whenever I depress the clutch with this alarm active. Are these demons connected? Intermittent electrical problems are frustrating and can be costly to locate. Has anyone had similar conditions show themselves in theirs?

After further inspection the brake lights are always activated by the clutch pedal, not just when the other fault is presenting itself. As for additions, about 3 years ago I added a Ford Racing CAI, X pipe and Tune. I don't see how these additions could create a problem elsewhere. Next week it is going in to get checked out. Hopefully it is a fuse that is trying to go bad and not something catastrophic.
