Ladies and gents
Can someone tell me if a fuel pressure reading of 37 psi with the vac line connected is high and if so could that cause loss of power ?

Marginally high but would not cause a loss in power I would think.

That's within the normal range.
It can be higher if you have a 255 lph or higher fuel pump & the factory stock fuel lines & FPR.
