Hey guys, can you see if you can help me? I got tired of buying $200 bolt ons and not gaining that much... So i started saveing for a SC.. Well with my bills that was takeing forever and i became inpatiant. So I went and bought a ZEX dry system for my 96 GT. (75-125) I was planning on putting the 75 being my engine has over 100k (mostly hgihway) miles on it.. Well a while back it was burning oil and a little smoke was comming out, so I bought some oil seal stuff (stop smoke) that stopped it. Well last week it started agaiun but then i looked. It was more of a VAPOR. I blammed it on the weather.. But then i noticed most of it cam out of the passanger side exhaust pipe. then i started thinking how iv had to refill the radiator 2 times this month and how its been acting liek its missing (jerking) when i take off after i first crank it. I was idleing in a parkinglot today to see if it still did it and for a first few min my idle was fine, then my idle got a lil rough and the smoke started and slight vibration was felt inside the car. ANYWAY

(sorry so long and so many mistypes)

{I} Think its the head gasket on the passanger sid eleaking, and im pretty sure driving it like this is bad right? and while im takeing the head apart if i have to is there anything else i should upgrade (like cams, etc.) while i have the engine apart to increas longtivity, power, or ability to handel N20? thanks for any help...

well....i would hope u dont have to go through all of that because it is a PITA to do as far as changing a headgasket. u may think about finding som pi heads to slap on your car if u are going to have it torn down that far. whichever heads you use i would go ahead and put a set of say the comp cams valve springs in if u plan on maybe putting in cams later(now would be a perfect time). and also i wouldnt change just one headgasket i would go ahead and change both with the motor torn down that far. and if u think the heads might come off in the future i would go with the ARP headstuds. not only are they stronger but they are also reusable. Good luck
