Okay guys rough ball park estimate. How much this would all cost me to fix.

Timing
Spark Plugs and Wires
Clutch/Throttle Bearing
Exhaust Leak
Oil leak near main seal

Timing - be more specific what do you mean?
plugs/wires - DIY for $80-100
clutch/throw our bearing - $750 at the dealer with stock parts
Exhaust leak - $50-100 at muffler shop
rear main seal replacement - $500-750 at dealer

The car is misfiring. Figure the timing is off.

If they are the original plugs that is most likely the cause of the misfire.

timing cannot be off as it is not adjustable.

To be fair, if you are replacing the rear main seal you can replace the throw out bearing at the same time for no additional labor. The throw out bearing is about 50-60 bux I think... not sure what the dealer charges... I know the rear main seal is like 25 bux at Kragen (for the good teflon one) again, dealer provably charges more then that.
