EVO Power Steering question

So I'm working on swapping the powertrain out of a 98 crown vic into an F100. Just about done sorting the wiring harness and see that these crown vics had a very neat and convoluted power steering system. I've researched some and it seems they went to an ordinary power steering pump without all the assist in 05.
So basically just wondering if I can swap an 05 power steering pump on my engine and not worry about all the EVO crap?

Are we talking 4.6 here?
if so then yes, pay attention to what engine you have, there are some differences between the two plants the engines were made at, I believe the accessory drive is the same but check to make sure.
