Excessive vibration from the clutch pedal

Car info:
98 GT 5spd
~51,000 miles
original transmission and clutch

I've noticed the clutch pedal vibrate at just about any speed and in any gear. It has enough play in the vibration that you can hear it while driving. Very agravating . I took it in to get it looked at and they replaced the thow out bearing. That solved some squeek I was hearing before as well, but didn't fix the vibrating pedal. What gives?
