You know when you start your car on some days you see a liquid dripping from the tail pipe. I was looking under my car and theres a weld right @ the muffler inlet that is dripping a ton of whatever liquid that is. I mean its not a ton, but its leaking and you can see it. Whats that called?

And should i have a new muffler shop fix this weld or is it normal to drip crazy from a weld?

i would make sure there isnt a hole there and its just coming from condensation collecting on the outside of the pipe.

Yeah its just condensation, and the hole could be letting water in. Go to an auto parts store and buy some muffler cement for a few bucks, and let it sit there over night.... Problem solved.

Should have an exhaust leak sound coming from it if it's a true leak.
