Does the 3.6L use the same air filter box as the 5.0L?

not sure if there the same but are you looking for a 94-95 GT air box because i have one...minus the maf sensor..

no they are not I think the one for the six is maybe smaller in diameter

Bill, Where is the MAF located on that air box, I can't seem to find it.

they are the same for both V8 and V6 the maf sensor is inside the bigger part of the box

THE MAF SENSOR IS REMOVED FROM THIS AIRBOX BUT IF IT WERE STILL IN IT IT WOULD BE INSIDE AREA WHERE YOU SEE THE MAF AIR SENSOR STICKER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX THE AIR BOX WILL COME APART AND THE MAF SENSOR CAN BE EXPOSED...AND THEN YOU REMOVE I THINK 4 BOLTS AND THE MAF SENSOR CAN BE REMOVED FROM INSIDE OF BOX...
