No problem what so ever!! You just need to know the power curve on the cars and how to manipulate it.You also need to remember the torque on these cars peak at around 4500 rpms, so its not like the cars of past years which were easier to do. The peak torque on the 5.0 came in around 3200 so lighting tires could be done by anyone. These cars require a little more skill to do it. The only complaint I have is the loss of torque at a lower rpm on these cars, but you have to sacrifice something. These cars have almost the same torque as my 5.0 when it was stock, but the power came much sooner which made street driving so much fun. But when it comes to a race, I rather take the top end power of my new stang over the 5.0's peak rpm power of 4200. You can always solve the problem by changing the gear ratio or better yet, add a twin screw blower to give it more power at the bottom end. But the reality is these cars are heavier and have a higher peak torque, so the fun factor is not as great. It took me awhile to change my driving style from my stroked 5.0 to this one, but it can be done.
