Yeah thats bad for stock...just get those 60fts down and you could be closer to 9.1....Nitto DR's will help you out...but you could do better with those stock tires....looks like you got the shifting down :nice:

Do u mean Bad as in good or bad as in poor. cause if u meant poor i jus dont see gettin to much faster bone stock. And i really dont see a 9.1 happenin. I also almost cut a 2.1xx 60ft which i dont feel is to shappy for the stock rubber. anyway thanks for the advice :D

Once you get the 60' down a bit, you will get better times. And once the last yellow light comes on, drive your car like you stole it

9.3 isn't that bad for your first time :nice:

Well looks like i got a little work to do. Atleast i'm startin decent i'm just getting used to the modular power band. Also I wasn't sure at all what RPM to launch at most of them where right around 2k. One was 2.5 but got me the worst 60ft although could've been not enough slippin. I also think the track was kinda poor prep. I know on my 9.311 when I hit Second my rear kicked out a lil and lost lil traction. With a stock GT it should hook pretty good on a decently prepped track. Any suggestions for next time??

Don't kid yourself. Lots of stock GT's are hitting 9.0's and 9.1's at 80 stock. justsomeguy is correct. 9.3@79 is 14.3 or 14.4. Get that 60 ft down to 2.0 and shift like you stole it and you should be able to hit 13.9 or 14.0. I hit 13.99@99 bone stock, with a [email protected] 1/8th. That was with a 2.13 60 ft.

Good luck! :nice:

The conversion table will make your quarter mile time a little slower than it actually is. That's how mine worked out anyhow. So take a couple of tenths off what the calculator says and it'll be pretty close.
