I've been reading around in this forum for a week or so (I've had my 04 GT for about a week), and I finally decided to join up after taking my GT to the track last night for the Wed night test & tune.
My number where ok. My fastest pass was 14.57@95.85MPH. (my first run)
Being my first time at the track, my r/t's suck, the fasted being .356 which was on the last run.
My fasted 60' was 2.21
My car is bone stock with a 5sp. Do these numbers sound average?
My main concern now is that it sounds like I have an exhaust leak now on the passenger side of the car (in the exhaust manifold area). It is only noticable when the car is under load at lower RPM's. Has anyone else had this problem with a newer mustang?
I plan on upgrading the entire exhaust system starting with a cat-back next week.
