That is a slick combo! Is that an aftermarket hood, or did you have that made special? Nice!

Nope. Just drilled through the stock one so I could have the genuine Ford racing pins and added the ol' BOSS style stripes at my local friendly body shop. I figure the itch to have my shaker (had an 03 Mach1) back in my face will finish it off nice

how 'bout that accent stripe on the back, (matches the sides) better'n a full blackout hu?

Yep, that's pretty cool! Uh, I guess I'm a little dense, and I'm sorry to ask again; so the black on your hood is one huge stripe? Looks too good to be a stripe to me!

painted, 1/4" pin w/ 1/2" gap. flattener in clear. see the old style?

I'm thinkin 17x9 anthracite bullits w/spinners and 275 40 17 Firestone Firehawk Wide Ovals will be next

Sharp, do you have a close up of how the painted surface lies along the hood lines. Hard to tell from the pics if it the main part follows the hood lines or the pin stripe does. Thanks

the pins ride just on top and inside the line

Sorry, I meant how the black painted part follows the hood contour lines, is it the pin strip on the raised part or the wide stripe that rides the contour?

shoulda realized the "hood" pins coulda been construed as my answer but I was referring to the stripes in my responce. and I was a journalism major%$^*%$%$*

That looks excellent, remenance of the old mach's. What made you stop where you did and not extend all the way out to the hoods edges like the old mach.
