Just how loud are these compared to, say the 2 chambers?
I'm thinking about putting these on but not sure about streetablity, might be too loud?

they are alot louder, yes, totally different tone.. I honestly think they sound like garbage! They are really loud, but sound like a dumptruck and have no tone... If you are looking for sound and tone, i would go with race bullets... i bought them a week ago and they just plain out sound mean.. if anyone wants to host my dynorun, that would be great
LOUD!, they are race mufflers. Try mustangexhaust.com. I have some video of my car w/ 2 chamber flows in my sig and that's pretty damn loud. BTW you are probably going to get flamed for asking another : how will these mufflers sound on my car ?thread.
Just wondering because every moron down at my local track runs open headers and they are horribly loud.I was thinking something with a little more noise but if they got no "Flowmaster tone" no way, Thanks.Actually I think I might have 3 chambers on now.I bought the car with the exhaust on from some guy and could never firgue out what it was, I only know it Flowmasters because he said so (plus in sound like them).
Ive never heard them on a 5.0, but I know a guy with them on his 4.6. Honestly I think it sounds like pure butt. I didnt think they were to much louder thought
If your looking for something with a very aggressive tone similar to Flows I'd recommend Warlocks I had a set on my mine when I first bought the car. They have pull out plugs so you can "open up" the mufflers. I got more compliments on the sound of the car with those than I ever have with anything else. Only down side is they rusted worse than anything Ive ever seen. They lasted almost 2 years before 3 or 4 holes opened up for rust. If you dont mind changing mufflers ever few years Id go with them .
Its hard to beat Flows though
