Quick question here. I am trying to install my new flywheel and I cant get the bolt holes to line up. I can only seem to get 4 of the 6 to match up. Am I doing something wrong here?

Although the bolt holes look symmetrical, they are clocked so the flywheel goes on only one way. Keep moving the flywheel around; they'll eventually line up.

Yep, rotate until they fit. Ford small blocks are externally balanced (balance on the flexplate/flywheel and the front harmonic balance) and Ford did this to ensure the balance was maintained.
