I have known guys to re-use them with no ill effects, but they werent running race cars either. Personally I would just replace them. Cheap insurance and piece of mind. Whatever you decide to do use loctite.

Get new ones, and use loctite.
Not worth the risk, they're cheap anyways

I make it a point that all bolts used to hood rotating assemblies be new. Flywheel, clutch, driveshaft. It's cheap insurance against lauching a flywheel into your leg.

I have also reused flywheel bolts as well and have never had issues. But for 10 bucks why not get new ones.
